FITZ SMASH
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz. Old Fitzgerald 7-Year-Old
- 3 Lemon Wedges
- .75 oz. Simple Syrup
- 4 Mint Leaves
- Mint Sprig
- Orange Wedge
HOW TO MAKE
Muddle the lemon wedges in a shaker. Add Old Fitzgerald 7-Year-Old, simple syrup, mint leaves, and ice, and shake until well-chilled. Double-strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a mint sprig and orange wedge.
